Les rendez-vous de L’appartement is a series of interview showcasing figures from the culinary world. For the public on location, the interview is followed by a tasting experience. Conducted in an intimate format, the interviews will reveal the journey and experiences that have built these figures and influenced their crafts, products and creativity.
In Episode 2, we discover the story of Rita El-Khoury (Executive Director) from Adyar. The slogan for Adyar is “Inspired by God, made by priests…”. So Spirituality and Wine will be part of the discussion.
