Les rendez-vous de L’appartement is a series of interview showcasing figures from the culinary world. For the public on location, the interview is followed by a tasting experience. Conducted in an intimate format, the interviews will reveal the journey and experiences that have built these figures and influenced their crafts, products and creativity.
